Hello and welcome to Julie Bell's web site. Julie is a hard working, dedicated professional. Her undeniable talent for performing has allowed Julie to gain worldwide acclaim and to honor God with her great gift.

Julie was born and raised in the Hoosier state of Indiana. A pastor's daughter, Julie grew up singing in church from the age of four. It was her involvement in school talent shows and show choir that began her love for the art of singing and performing.

On a field trip to New York at the age of 15, Julie was introduced to the world of Broadway. It was during this trip that she met Connie Kunkle, a cast member from the musical Les Miserables. After hearing Connie sing "Everything" from "A Star is Born," Julie knew then and there that this was the career path she wanted to pursue.

Julie completed her bachelor's degree in Musical Theatre from Millikin University in May of 2000. Since graduation, she has performed everywhere from Europe to Asia. She most recently completed her first "off-off Broadway" operetta, The Chocolate Solider , this past spring.

Julie is presently in New York auditioning, performing and enjoying the life of a struggling artist. She has been living in a wonderful neighborhood in Brooklyn since September 2004. Check out the current link to see what Julie is working on currently.
